At Pink Petals Fertility Clinic, we are committed to providing professional fertility services with transparency, compassion, and integrity. Due to the medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and administrative costs involved in fertility treatment, our refund policy is outlined below.

Consultation Fees

  • Consultation, counselling, and review fees are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

Investigation and Diagnostic Services

  • Payments made for laboratory investigations, hormonal tests, ultrasound scans, semen analysis, genetic screening, and related diagnostic procedures are non-refundable once testing or sample collection has commenced.

IVF and Fertility Treatment Cycles

  • Payments made for IVF, ICSI, IUI, egg freezing, embryo freezing, donor programs, and related fertility treatments cover medications, laboratory procedures, embryology services, clinical monitoring, and medical consumables.
  • Once ovarian stimulation, medication administration, or treatment preparation has commenced, partial or full refunds may not be possible.
  • If a treatment cycle is discontinued due to medical concerns affecting client safety or treatment viability, any refundable balance for unused services may be reviewed at the discretion of clinic management.

Medication Policy

  • Fertility medications purchased, prescribed, or dispensed by the clinic are non-refundable and non-returnable due to safety and storage regulations.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds, where applicable, may require 14–30 working days for processing.
  • Administrative or bank charges incurred during payment processing may be deducted where necessary.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually by management and handled fairly in line with clinic policy.
