  • Fertility treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as success rates vary depending on individual medical and biological factors.

Confidentiality

  • All client records, medical information, and treatment details are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy regulations.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment or agreed installment payments must be completed before commencement of designated treatment stages.
  • The clinic reserves the right to suspend or withhold services where payments remain outstanding.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical history and personal information.
  • Follow prescribed medications, appointments, and treatment instructions carefully.
  • Attend scheduled consultations, monitoring visits, and procedures promptly.
  • Maintain respectful and professional conduct toward clinic staff and other clients.

Clinical Decisions

  • All clinical decisions regarding treatment suitability, medication adjustments, embryo transfer recommendations, cycle continuation, or cancellation remain the professional responsibility of the attending fertility specialists.

Limitation of Liability

  • While every effort is made to provide high-quality fertility care and support, Pink Petals Fertility Clinic shall not be held liable for unsuccessful treatment outcomes resulting from biological factors, medical complications, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable clinical control.

Communication

  • Official communication from the clinic may be conducted through phone calls, SMS, email, or approved messaging platforms.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their contact information remains accurate and up to date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably between the parties; failing that, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Enugu State.
